Mr. Timsina is the Founder and Managing Partner of WIPS Law Associates. He is one of the young enthusiasts in Corporate, Commercial and IP Laws of Nepal. He has significant experience in IP matters in Nepal, including its protection, enforcement, opposition, and litigation. Since the early phases of his career, Advocate Timsina has worked within the Corporate & IP domain. His dedication to IP has led him thus far, leading WIPS Law Associates to offer clients highly competent and knowledgeable lawyers to cater to their legal requirements.

Advocate Santosh Tiwari is the Founder and Managing partner of WIPS Law Associates. He has comprehensive experience in handling negotiation, contracts review, due diligence, legal research and corporate compliance all in adherence to fair practices which help to mitigate the risk of loss and liabilities of clients. He has made tremendous effort in various areas of commercial sectors of law including hospitality, company operation, foreign investments, corporate compliances etc.

Mrs Gautam is one of the notable and important part of WIPS. She has been an integral part of Drafting and Assignment of the Corporate and Commercial compliances and deed. She has an experience of more than 5 years. Her expertize and knowledge has always been an important aspect Company Incorporation, Share Transfer, Company Compliances, Drafting of Contract and so on.
Mr. Khanal is a dynamic and energetic Associate and integral part of WIPS. He has expertise in Intellectual Property (Filing, Registration, Assignment, Office Action Reply & Opposition), Drafting and Assignment of the Corporate and Commercial compliances, Foreign Direct Investment approval and compliances. He has an experience of more than 5 years.
Mr. Dhami is a promising and energetic Liaison officer and integral part of WIPS. He has expertise in Drafting and Assignment of the Corporate and Commercial compliances, Foreign Direct Investment approval and compliances, Compliances related to Tax, Local Levels and other Governmental Bodies. He has an experience of more than 8 years.

Junior Associate serves as a para legal providing crucial legal support and
administration to our Attorneys. She assists in legal research and her role is
